Dandana and TAC

Hello Everyone

I lost Dandana and TAC channels since yesterday. Wanted to check
if everyone else is having the same problem ? I hope we didn't
lose them for good!

theyare still there but the signal is very very weak. i keep losing dandana tv to another channel that seems to have the same frequency. Try tunning up your dish and you will get it

Dandana was scheduled to move to Dishnetwork. I think it's gone.

Lost Dandana and TAC yesterday. I tried to tweak my dish a bit and it says I have a strong signal but the channels are not there at all.

dandana may moved to dishnet but what about tv arab?

Look better - those channels are still listed at Lyngsat.. (as of Feb 07 / 08 update anyhow) .. - 11874 TP..

But i am sure they will be removed from Lyngsat soon.. as soon as someone contributes to him this info

Yes, both stations are still listed in Lyngsat last time I checked.

BTW, I called the TAC office in NYC and inquired about it (I found their number at www.globecastwtv.com) and they said it was a problem with the satellite and they are working on it. I got the feeling that there is no intention to remove it from the Telstar/IA5 lineup. Don't know about Dandana ...

If TAC stays - would be a good news.. - then will be Dandana only that IS gone.. and NOT 2 channels

Did the Arabic Channel (TAC) return? Is there any updated info on it?

I was just looking at some stuff I recorded off Dandana, from several months ago....
Something was scrolled on the screen about "subscriptions".

Have they gone to Pay TV? Or, just folded?

Gone from IA5 / Globecast .. to DISH Network..
Pretty sure about it...
