Bad signal

I lost my signal for all my arabic channels. I had my dish and receiver Fortec for a year and half and this is the 1st time that my signal strength dropped to 36% and i even tried moving my dish antenna little bit but the signal doesn't go up neither down. I am not sure why this is happenig? my receiver work fine. any clues??? Please help.

Check the cable connectors and cable.

Since you moved the dish, it must be out of alignment.

If you move your dish even a little your signal quality should change. Make sure you're looking at Quality not Level. Try to switch your receiver off from the back switch and turn it back on then adjust your dish.
