Fortec Star Ultra

Does someone know why some channels are not labelled by their correct name ( like 2M, Libya, Saudi TV, Abu Dhabi.....), instead they are referred to as TV 804, TV 805....? Others are labelled correctly like Tunisia TV and others. How do I fix this?
I have a Fortec Star Lifetime Ultra. Thank you
