Can't pick up Palestine TV

Hi all, I have been trying to pick up Palestine Satellite channel with no success. I ran several blind scans but nothing came up. According the their homepage it was supposed to start on Aug 1st. Here are the channel detail as posed on its website:
IA5 at 97 deg W., Freq: 12.146MHz, Polarization: Vertical, Symbol Rate: 22, FEC (which I don't know what it is): 3/4.
If anyone was able to pick it up please let me know how you did it. If you are willing to try to find it I'd appreciate your effort.

It's not there...

It's not a new TP.. but if scan it - it's not there..

But, basically, you DO get all the others...

I get it v.good pic , but no sound ! All Arabian tva now on new tp, some of them also still on the old one.

Palestinian Satellite channel is up now. It's on Transponder 12146.
This is the same transponder for most of the Arabic Channels. You'll need to manual scan this transponder.
Depends on your receiver you either select manual scan or TP scan or network setup. Select transponder 12146 and scan it. The channel should show up at the bottom of the channnel list.

Palestine is on sound and picture. There is also radio channel (Voice of Palestine) on same transponder
