Installing my T90 dish

Hi all,
I am new to this, I bought a T90 dish over a week ago and I am having a trouble getting the signal, on the receiver's menu there is 2 indicators. One for level and one for quality, the quality which I assume is for the signal quality is always 0%...never changes!! The level vary between 45% and 55% I wonder if I am missing something important!

I am trying to get the signal from Intelsat Americas 5 at 97.0°W

HI

If you are from the East of U.S.A; La5 west is at ~ 210dg South-West.

Now, if you are using a Frtec Star receiver or Pansat, use IF INPUT (in rear panel of your receiver) to hook the cable coming from LNB.

At the Antenna Setup, you should read:

LNB TYPE................................UNIVERSAL1
LNB LOCAL-FREQ.....................9750/10600(CHECK THE LNB FREQ)
22KHZ.....................................N/A
DISEQC..................................OFF(IF YOU DON'T HAVE A SWICH)
LNB POWER.............................ON
TP...........................................11749 V7232 ETC......
POSITION SETTING..................DISABLE(1.2 0R USUAL)
SATELLITE SCAN......................FTA(ALL+D,ALL).

If the level signal move, but the quality still 0 for couple of Freqs. Turn of the swich in rear panel of your receiver, then turn it on.....
If you still have a problem, you need to check the cable or Lnb.
