Arabic,dandana and algeria tv ??????

i lost these channels since yesterday. Am I the only one or other people lost them too :mozilla_cry:

Many Globecast's TPs are kinda weak lately

I wish they would fix them or fine-tune them ...

The tp where these channels are is one of the 3 weakest tps on IA5 actually 11874 H. Here are my weakest tps beginning by the worst:
12090 V: often below 15% and cutting some time (but per chance there is no picture channels on this one)
11874 H: 20% during night hours, 26-27% in the morning hours
11929 V : 22%-28%

Danadana is clear on 2 TPs on Telestar 5. the fine tuning has to do with the dish or location. I'm on the east cost . Boston.
Try fine tuning the dish

Guys,
I had a lot of problems with the T5 using a motor/FortecUltra/30".
since I changed to 36" my signal never less than 70% (included dandana).
I guess your solution is the 90cm dish minimum (I paid $60) :mozilla_cool:

i got dandana to show in the menu but when I tune in , its like and indian or some channel like that. does anyone get the same thing

I don't know.. as i am not of Arabic nor Indian origin..

But when on channel .. the logotype says Dandana (on top)
..and often in a lower part .. it's written "Dandana TV"

otherwise.. i don't know.. - even though people might resemble Indians on occasion.. the songs they are singing sound more like Arabic .. to me anyhow :mozilla_smile:

I hope this is not the beginning of a trend for the arabic channels to scramble their programming....!

You are carring to much with scrambled flag on Telstar5. Don't do that, it does not mean that channels will be scrambled (lot of errors when editing the channel I guess from globecast)

Dandana Tv is also in a poor transponder ...
