canal algerie is extremely weak (Ottawa Canada)

Hi;
I am quite disappointed in the signal quality of Canal Algerie. It has been extremely sporadic for the past few days and situation does not seem to improve. All other T% channels are coming in clear and strong. Anyone experiencing the same issues.
equipment: Pansat + 2 1/2 ft dish and Linear LNBF

Yes! Very very weak signal everywhere on Canal Algerie and it very upsetting. I even sent an email to Globecast to complain. Unfortunately they did not care to answer me back. I don't know whom to complain. ENTV should know about it and should do something also the Algerian Embassy in Washington and Ottawa should move their butt and do something about it. Especially when all the channels that were using this weak transponder 11874 Htp 8 left to other one more reliable. Last was Yemen.
Anyway we've got to do something about it.
