Kuwait is adding 2nd tv. on T5 .It is free now ,but theyare under channel 153 Globecast pay per view!!

Kuwait Space channel america is on 2 TP :

TP 11789 V SR 13021 FEC 1/2

TP 11929 V SR 22000 FEC 3/4

What gives with the Kuwaiti channel? There appears to be 3 of them broadcasting the same shows and one that has a title of the Kuwaiti channel , but sometimes plays the same as the other 3 and sometimes a globecast promo!!?? Of the duplicates it seems that the audio quality/volume varies between them.

Does anyone know what is in store for these duplicate channels?

I think they are testing it on different transponders. The one that work best for me is TP 11991 V SR 22000.

Any chance that we will be getting additional Arabic channels? Anyone have any info?

Newest Channel we've got was Dandana. Most likely we're going to lose some channels like Kuwait, Dubai and Saudia. I think they will be part of Dishnetwork package. Do you notice The dishnetwork logo with a message saying "this channel is experiencing technical difficulties.. Please stand by" sometimes on some Dubai channel copies?

Happened to me once. It was on Dubai Sports channel.

I doubt those channels will scramble. I don't think any of them a particularly "high-rent", and they are public anyways.
