IQRA ,ARTLATINO ARE NOT CLEAR

Salam3alaikum
Well i have a C band Dish and postined at PAS9 and its very clear only for NBN NTV but for IQRA AND ART LATINO its very Choppy and my signal Strength is very good
please Any help .... the reason for the over Sized dish is for IQRA

Well i have a 8.5" C /KU For PAS 9 with 2 recievers
3800 Samsung and a Pansat 300A ..... i installed a High performance splitter to split the C band Signal with powe Passing from Both ends
combined with a Wingaurd dish for the TeleStar 5 KU band ..with Diseqc's
this is my setup and i am very happy with the Samsung but....
maybe ypu can help with Choppy PIC on the Pansat
