What do you mean "is under FTA in the USA". I don't understand. Give me a link to this on lyngsat.

it only shows those channels because some of those channels are on many different satellites and the channel may be on a satellite viewable from the united states, i'll use al-hurra tv as an example, al-hurra is on these satellites NSS 703,Arabsat 2C ,Arabsat 2D ,Nilesat 101,Intelsat 907
but Intelsat 907, i believe is the only one of those satellite viewable in the usa, lyngsat groups stuff like that together wether its viewable from the usa or not, because it is on 1 satellite viewable from the usa

Excellent explanation ctg101.

I think what lyngsat does is group free channels together based on their country of origin, then lists the satellites that carry that channel, regardless of whether or not that particular channel can be viewed in its country of origin. Take CNN International as another example -- according to lyngsat this channel is only free-to-air on Arabsat 2C, and this satellite is not viewable in North America.

You can't. It is not available as FTA in North America.
