786NA is only available in North America. You must be referring to a different model number.
If you bought this in the USA and took it to the ME, then all you have to do is add the satellite name and transponder frequencies (see
www.lyngsat.com) or buy a satellite magazine from your local bookstore and get the list. Make sure your dish is aimed correctly and your LNBF is configured right.
If you need more information, please specify the model number you have for the receiver, as well as the LNB type.
