Galaxy 18 on 32" dish

I'm trying to get peace TV on galaxy 18 TP 13 (11965/2000) using a 76cm dish (32") but I only get signal to display the channel with pixels all over and no sound. I used to get tht channel just fine few weeks ago but looks like the transponder signal got weaker. Is using 90cm dish would resolve the problem? Location Sacramento, CA

not your equipment I am getting 80% quality and the picture is still pixleing.
