Arabic Channels!

Hi, Guys.

I'm new to forum and need some help. I noticed there is a intelsat 10 02 that seems to have beam around usa? Intelsat 10-02 at 1.0°W - LyngSat Maps

I'm trying to figure out if I can reach this 4180 L it has around 6 or more arabic channels. Are these channels reachable? I'm located in North Eastern USA.

Unlikely, but you would need a very large dish with a clear view of the eastern sky. If you located your dish on a moutain top, you might have a chance.

Well, I'm located in NH It's all the way north Eastern USA. How big of dish do I really need? Give me a estimate at the size and from the location i have given you, do you think I have a chance?

There is clear sky in my area away from the Mountains actually. Tell me what you think.

You'd also have to check that that particular satellite BEAMS its signal to North America. If it beams just into Europe/Middle East, you probably wont get its signal from NE USA.

maybe I should be more specific. Go to Intelsat 10-02 at 1.0°W - LyngSat

You will see 4180 L Al Masriyah, Al Masriyah USA, Nile TV International, Al Nile, Nile Drama and Nile Life

I'm trying to get Nile Life, It's location are in the middle East but I noticed it is in Intelsat 10-02 Under Global Beam. Global reaches North Eastern United States Here it is Intelsat 10-02 at 1.0°W - LyngSat Maps Too bad Nile Cinema not in the list. I'm looking for Nile Cinema & Nile Life and nile Ramadan during Ramadan holidays but appears Nile Life only what i can get If possible by any means!

With the given information above. As i mention before I'm located in North Eastern USA. Is there a chance to get this channel? What dish size will I be looking at? What are the cost for setup and satellite & Receiver? Does the channel dispear from time to time? How well is the signal from my location?

I'm trying to add more channels to my current package. Nilesat satetille not reachable in USA and It's a shame such Nile channels are not in the States, well alright only Nile Drama but other of their channels like Nile Cinema, Nile Comedy, Nile Sport not even here.... so again answering my above questions will help me whether it's worth it to get free to air to get Nile life. If it too expense and channel signal is going to be weak then not worth it. Then Talfazat service for channels will only be the last resort i'm afraid
