Al-Jazeera Sports Channel

Does anyone know what happened to Al-Jazeera Sports Channel.
Another English channel is broadcasting in its place

Sadly Globecast replace it with a commercial channel it shows 10 times on this sat yet.

So, why is globecast filling in 10 channels with the same infomercials? I think with the new satellite at 97W, now they have more broadcast capacity. Maybe more new channels will be on the horizon.
