need help with fta arabic channels

I have 2700A Pansat days ago I reset the factory default and after that I rescan and satellite T-5/ku disappeared including Arabic channels. However I got G-25/ku which also offers Arabic channels but my receiver will not pick up or receive Arabic channels, I even upgraded to latest B-75 bin. The only thing It gets are Asian channels.
So this are things I did so far:

I took my receiver to my neighbor who also watches Arabic channels, after I pluged my receiver to his dish mine does not show up after blind scan but his receiver shows All arabic channels. His receiver has TP 12146 V 22.000 with Arabic channels automatically but mine won't pick up the same TP as his.

Signal Quality of my dish is even better than his is around 50 plus but his is 40 plus.

Please help me out it's been awhile my daddy wants to watch so badly the free fta Arabic channels and by the way I live in USA.

Does you receiver have BLIND SCAN (SEARCH)? If it does, then use that feature. If it doesn't, then you will have to enter the frequencies manually.

Check if the receiver has NIT search? If it does, you could try that.

Good luck with your setup and I hope your DAD will be happy from your good efforts.

Thanks the reply

Yes, I did many times the blind scan, and I also entered frequencies manually scanned, and it did not show up arabic channels, and again I did blind scan after that and no arabich channels showed up.

Check your LNBF settings and make sure it matches your LNBF.

There's nothing wrong with LNBF or settings. How did I know that? cause I hooked with another pansat 2700A (same model) and I can watch arabic channels but not mine. It's kind of weird to me since I can watch other arabic channel such as Al Fayhaa and another arabic channel that's all. But the rest arabic channels will not show up such as Saudi, abu dhabi sport, syria, yemen, kuwait, moroco, libya, oman, qatar and so on so forth.

PANAREX
Maybe you have to download updates etc. after you did a reset........just food for thought. I don't know anything about Pansat...can you manually input the TP's. Something got changed when you did a reset. Good luck.

Looks like you have problem with Vertical transponders. Make sure your LNB power setting is set for both polarities (V/H) and LNB type is correct.
