I have the receiver Captain 7000, and i would like to watch the free arabic channels (the ones with no monthy subscription required) and i live in canada, i would really appreciate ur help if u just tell me the steps of how to get those channels.

Your best bet is to aim your dish at 97W. There are tons of free arabic channels there for the taking. You would need a dish with a minimum size of 80 cm, a Ku LNB, and a FTA receiver.
