The Palestine Satelite Channel is gone???
Coincidentally, the channel went off the air right after the U.S. captured Saddam...

Have they just stopped transmission to North America? Sheesh!

Even though they only had small segments in English, I really enjoyed watching this channel!

Any idea what's up?

yes, it's gone and is lost also in Telstar 12 . I think is just a temporary problem. don't forget that Palestinians live under occupation and anything can be destroyes at any moment. The Palestinian Tv Station was bombed just 2 years ago.
I hope it will come back. Those people need their voice to be heard.

I agree completely.
They provide footage and a voice from a part of the world that - 50 years ago - would have had no chance at all of communicating with those beyond their borders!

Seeing as how I am 100% behind the Palestinian Right of Return (that is, the borders of Palestine should be as they were in 1948, before Israel forcibly took the land), so I am biased.

I want my, I want my, I want my Palestine TV...cause NileTV just isn't good enough!

Euronews is free to air on Nimiq 2 12399 v 20000 with a dishnetwork or direct tv lnb.

You should have said "with the current ExpressVu lnbf".
Remember way back in early day, ExpressVu used linear...:-)

Sorry about not mentioning Expressvu and that is CANADIAN :wink:

Somtimes I watch the FTA channels on Nimiqs and find the Candaien channels more intersting and have good stuff on them than what we have here in the States :shock:
