TV Polonia on T11 - no longer FTA from Jan 2004 ?

Hi All,

I just found a msg on google that TV Polonia will not longer be FTA on T11 starting on January 2004

Can anyone confirm this ?

It happened sooner, today as per the following link, TV Polonia on Telstar 11 is no longer FTA/clear:

It is encrypted via PGCA (?)

Can anyone explain what PGCA is ?
I can't seem to find any info about it via google.
