KAMT sound on Galaxy10R

I cannot get the sound on KAMT on Galaxy10R. anybody has same issue ?

it might be ac3 sound would need a decoder to get sound.

Not sure about that specific channel but if it is one of the Spanish language channels there are roughly 3 or so that are AC-3 and require a AC-3 decoder. In other words a surround sound receiver with optical input if you are using a Fortec receiver. Your receiver may not pass AC-3 so there may be nothing you can do with that receiver short of replacing it to get sound from those channels. Do you have channels on 87 that have no sound also? Specifically the PBS channels.

I don't want to move my dish up to that sat in this cold weather, but I just checked my channel editor file, and the last time I scanned that channel in, it was indeed AC3.

I have an ac3 enable sat receiver but no decoder. i will get one

KEYU & KAMT are AC-3 audio so you need an external audio decoder

Although the Coolsat 8000 outputs it from the box so no extra decoder is needed

Watching the PBS stuff on AMC3 through the TV speakers
