Telstar11 problem

Hello everyone.
Just got my receiver, and 3’ (feet) dish couple of days ago and spend over 4 days (couple of hours a day) to get Russian station on telstar 11 have no luck. I am in Springboro Ohio.
I have motorized dish, but I was trying to get manually before install the motor.
