if i adjust my dish i will get 61.5 . i figure if have my setup set sbs i should get 61.5 and ia5 . i have looked but cant get eather 1

You need to start by setting up on your true south sat first. I would remove all switches in the system and run from a single L port on the lnbf for setup. Once you have a properly aligned system you can then put switches in place.
