I have been trying to get anything with my Pansat 300A. Especially Gol TV. I was playing around with an old Dish 500 dish and lnb and was able to get 11,961 V on I think Echo8. It is the Dish Network help chanel. The first reception ever! I don't see it listed as a transponder frequency on any of the American birds. What am I on?
You where right rainman. I dialed in the rest of the transponders on amc15 and now have a tons of radio. I moved my dish some and found Echo 119, more radio and NASA TV! 119 is circular so I change my LO frequency. This spurred me on to even greater things. I found Echo 8 at 110.0W and now have GOL TV! Finely after 2 years of searching around with my 90cm dish and finding nothing, I now get GOL TV with an old 18" Direct TV dish and LNBF. I am the happiest man on the WestCoast! This FTA thing can be done!
