TV Polonia is on Bev and polish radio program 1 and 3 it is test; propably at end of sumer it will be oficial

Yup...
BEV is adding around 30 new ethnic channels to their programming lineup - and they will all be on Nimiq 82 along with the 12 or so high definition channels.
