PBS Bit Rate Problem?

I have been having problems with PBS East recently primarily with the audio. It goes silent for about 2-3 seconds every minute or 2 and in between it is very choppy. Video is mostly OK but sometimes freezes for 1-2 seconds. This started I think the time they switched the PBS Kids.

I have heard others such as Maharishi Channel on T5 has reduced its bit rate and that some recievers cant handle the lower bit rate. I have a PanSat 2300A and signal strength is fine (65%+)

Do I need a new reciever or are there some settings to change?[/b]

I checked with my 2700a and the sound was fine.Try deleting the ch.and rescanning.Hopes this helps.
