Bulgarian TV

It may be a stupid question, but on the saudon site Bulgarian TV is listed as FTA on Telstar 5. I couldn’t find it there, may be the list is old.
Are there any Bulgarian channels I can watch from USA, on which satellite?
Thanks!

TV Bulgaria left Telstar 5 (GlobeCast) last month. It looks like they will be going to Dish Network.

Maybe somebody missed the fact that Globecast has been hacked for the past 2 years?

Yes, i would say that is an extremely legitimate reason to move to Dish network.

Yes, but ever since Nagra 2 was born - i would say people in the hobby have had quite a bit of problems getting around. Also at the present Directv is off the market. You know what that means. I have a friend that says after March 2005 Nagra will be non existant. So, it is only a matter of time my friend.

I understand that GlobeCast wants to switch to Nagra 2 but it looks like the old receiver models are having problems with it under testing. These are the units that were sold before Jan 2004. But I can't confirm all of this yet.

Globecast is different. Their services are too damn expensive for the average viewer. 20 dollars would be good for 2-3 channels, but 20 dollars for one channel will just not cut it. And you might say "ah whats a measly 20-40 dollars a month." Ahh well 20 here, 20 there, and there goes your money.
