TV Polonia on T11

I got TV Polonia from Telestar 11. :P Signal is not the strongest (80, quality 73) but was good enough to watch TV all afternoon without any breaking. It's in my cottage so I won't get to it for another two weeks. Will see then.

I am near Montreal. I use fixed 100cm dish and Universal LNBF; both Fortec Star.

Tip: I started looking for T11 on Tp. for ONN. It has the strongest signal.
I got it first with signal 80/75 but could not get TV Polonia yet. Then using signal meter I fine tuned position of the dish to get the best possible signal
90/90; only then was able to pull TV Polonia.

CONGRATULATION!

I am curious, have you adjusted the LNBF tilt to compensate for polarization skew? To calculate the tilt go to http://sadoun.com/Sat/Installation/S...Calculator.htm

Adjusting the LNBF tilt even a little makes a big difference in getting a stronger signal strength and quality

skew

Thanks for asking.
In my position skew was -30; turned clockwise.
Strangely I did not notice any major improvements nor degredation when I turned skew even to the oposit direction.

Hi Montrealist
It seems to me that the skew is +21.3 ie CCW almost 5:30 position.
I came late but may work for future feed back information.
By the way I'm Montrealist or Montrealais
