Can I get free to air channels in France from Phoenix AZ

Could you please tell if I can get free to air in France like France2, France3, TF1, Arte etc.. I live in Glendale Phoenix Arizona.

There is nothing FTA from France that is viewable in your area. Have a look:---> http://www.lyngsat.com/freetv/France.html None of those satellites cover the American Southwest.
