American FTA channels SmartChoice motorized systems

The American viewer now has an alternative source for satellite TV that does not cost any monthly subscription fee. These satellite channels are called Free to Air (FTA). These channels are not encrypted by the service provider and require no subscription or monthly payment. They are provided free of charge by the provider and are perfectly legal to receive with an FTA MPEG-2 DVB satellite system.

We will not mention the C-band channels because those require a big 10' dish. Here we will only list some of the English language Ku-band channels that are available for you and that only require a 30"-39" size dish. Since these FTA channels are spread over several satellites, a motorized dish is recommended. It will allow you to utilize one dish to track and receive channels from several satellites.
