Use the LAT scale, set it at 45. Something is really wrong with your receiver setup becuase Ku dish can't pick up
C-band signal.
Make sure you set the LO correctly.
Make sure you use active transponders when tuning the dish.

when I tried to align to Galaxy 10R which is true south satellite, I got strong signal and quality on Galaxy 10R/C on the fortecstar lifetime Ultra receiver but no quality on Galaxy 10R/Ku. I really wonder since both @ 123W longtitude.
Is there a trick to align dish with compass to true south, it is not easy to be within few degree change.
