Yeah. Tested both ports of the LNB by connecting to receivers and they work fine.
I have a simple setup: Directv circular dish with dual LNB connected to 2*4
multiswitch connected to 3 receivers. Unused multiswitch output port terminated with 75 ohm terminator.
There's a short distance between the dish and multiswitch (few feet). The cable distances between multiswitch and receivers are between 30 and 80 feet.
