Test both ports of your lnbf by connecting it to your receiver directly to see if both are working. If either one does not function, you can't get signal after the switch. What is your set up?

If I unhook the multiswitch and connect the cable ends together, things work fine. I get a strong signal at my receivers so it's not the cable or connectors.
I have a standard directv dish with dual LNB. I made sure that the LNB A and B lines are connected to the right input plug.
