Bought the Samsung system, Model 3800. Connected everything according to manual and pointed the dish to T5. Got a signal strength of 64-80% depending on transponder, but 0% on signal quality. Reorienting the dish from East to West, North to South, upside down still gave a signal strength of at least 60%, but always 0% signal quality. Am I having a bad LNB or I just have to be patient in orientiing the dish? By the way, I got a signal strength of at least 60% whent I removed the LNB from its mount. The only time I got a signal strength of 0 is when I disconected the LNB.
