Vietnamese channel on AMC 4 (TV Truyen Thong). The channel is on TP 21 (freq. 12120 V, SR 30000, FEC 3/4, VPID 38, and Audio 39). I know the channel is encrypted, but does anyone know the contact information of the company hosting this channel so that I my inquire about subscribing to it? If anyone is currently subscribing to it, how are the shows? I really enjoy watching VTV 4, but living in the Central Time Zone, I can only watch VTV 4 from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Thanks in advance.
