Well, you could check the Microyal's signal strength and quality on the 3720 MHz transponder as compared to the levels on the 3920 MHz transponder. That would be a quick check on whether you need an inline amp or another LNB. How old is your
C-Band LNB? Some of the older ones have difficulty picking up digital signals. The power levels from the transponders vary a lot.
