Standing behind the dish, the circular lnbf is on the right side of the linear. It doesn't not matter what side you put it.
No need to use a bracket, just use plastic
cable ties. Check out the link below:

Is there any rules regarding the distance between them? I think to put them as close as possible to each other in order to get the most out of the focal point of the dish. Let me know your thoughts? Other inputs are welcomed.
