This is the first time I hear that DishNet receiver can identify sats. DishNet receivers are programed at fixed SR (20000 and 26000). The transponder map is pre-programed as well. Unless the feed happens to match the one of the DN freq and SR exactly, then DN receiver can get lock.
Also, DirectTv is not DVB compliant, so I doubt that DN receiver can get lock on DirectTV.
