If you don't mind knocking on some doors just drive around your neighborhood and look for some yards that have a
c-band dish and DBS dish in the yard. Ask the owner if they want to get rid of the C-band dish. Most of the c-band dishes aren't being used anymore by their owners. I picked up a couple doing this along with the receivers for free or next to nothing. All I had to do was take the dish down.
