can not find a locator program to project the location for Hot Bird Satellites. Lyngsat indicates that in the US you can get this bird at 13 degrees E.

#1 Is this possible?

#2 If so is it a CONUS footprint

I am in Arkansas as just seeking more FTA signal options for my Sat Cruiser receiver, whether or not I can understand the languages just like to add more channels.
