We'll go over this one more time.
1) receiver not good: there is probably nothing wrong with the receiver - this would be the absolute last thing I check
2) don't have clear sky - possible - if the trees are to the LEFT of where you point the dish for DirecTV signal than I would suspect a tree problem
3) dish installation problem - very possible - make sure the dish mounting foot mast is PERFECTLY plumb and level in both directions - use a mini level
4) LNBF problem - no, unless it is a circular polarity LNB, and from what you tell us in your earlier posts I'm satisfied that it is not circular
So..... go back and read the above posts and advice and try again.

PS: make sure you configure the receiver to the correct local oscillator frequency for your LNBF - it should be 10,750 MHz; also make sure you select an ACTIVE TRANSPONDER when you search for signal; I use 12,152.
