The
VTV4 is availble from 9 pm - 5 am ET. Check the channel list to see if you have the one name "VTV4". If not, very good chance your receiver does not have all the transponders updated. You can manually key in :
freq : 12177
polarization: V
Symbol Rate: 23000.
Then scan this transponder will get you the VTV4.
