A friend of mine has a TV with a scart coonecter(euro connecter) and connect his TV to Fortec and hace a very sharp picture. Unfortuntely, in the USA there are no TVs with Scart connection. .The scart provide a better picture than the s-video.
I played with a lot of receivers and I never saw anything simple, slim, affordable and solid receiver like the Fortec 786.
