I have a Pansat 2500A and the
SG2100. I have the same problem, it doesn't move properly when switching channels. It might work once, but going back to the original position seems to be a problem.
Pansat has updated firmware, so maybe that might solve the problem?
I starting to believe that the QA on the software on the receiver is pretty limited
