Ok, finally got through to a sales person yesterday and found out my order was on hold due to a backorder.
Canceled order and was notified by e-mail that the order had been cancelled.
To bad it took 4 days to find out, as I had arranged to do the install this weekend.
Ordered elsewhere and got it cheaper anyway. Won't be ordering from
Sadoun after this treatment. A simple e-mail would have made all the difference.
Oh well, business is good.
