Please send an email message to sales@sadoun.com with your shopper id (order number), and they will respond with an update. Mondays and Tuesdays are very busy days, as you know. If you haven't received a tracking number by now, it could be that the item is on backorder or your order is waiting for shipping. Anyway, an update shoud be forthcoming from sales once they get your email, if you haven't sent it already.

CC will not be charged until your order is shipped and a tracking number is issued. When you place an order, the credit card gets verified and a hold on the order amount is placed.
