Last night, I listened to the
Vietnamese Public Radio on AMC4, they annouced the the cost of this new Vietnamese channel is $160 per year. No mentioned about the cost of smart card, look like the channel will use Irdeto encryption. Still color bars now. The service will be available arround end of this month (perhaps April 30, "Fall of Saigon day")
