Lightbulb Your photos really helped!

It's great to see that you are using a brick 'foundation' so to speak, but your mounting bolts MUST be quite tight, secure and solid!

Quality lead anchors and bolts should be your answer.

Think of it this way, aiming a dish at a satellite is much like trying to point a flashlight at ONE star... except the satellite is smaller. A stable foundation is a must.
