I don't know about the Coolsat but on the Mercury II it has an OTA antenna input on the receiver.
On the LNB you will see outputs labeled "C" and "L".
On the switch "C" will go to one ports and "L" will go to another port.
"C" is circular and "L" is linear. Your receiver will have to be setup in the menu to tell the switch which port to choose.
A coax will go from the motor to receive (RX) of the switch.
Another coax will go from motor to receiver.

What I do is, my TV has Audio and component inputs. I have OTA in the A/V input and Satellite in the component input. Then I just use the TV remote to switch between the inputs.

The switch should be mounted at the dish. I don't think an OTA can be connected to the switch.....but I could be wrong.
