I got my 6ft dish installed then I install the
BSC621, signal at 99 and no quality on sat KU/123W, I manage to get C/123 but KU band does not pick up anything, I install the KU band LNB and it works perfect, but I want to get both with no luck, and I can not find the plate that goes inside the LNB, will that be the problem?
