Yeah... it looks like you attached it to the wall with rivots... hmm.. so if it is loose on the brick wall, that will mess up your signal... definitely. Cut it off, and start again if this is the case. I suggest you drill one...(1) hole in the mortar. attach the bracket with one Tapcon screw. They are blue in various lengths and you only need a 1 1/2" or 2" one here. Once it is anchoring the bracket to the wall, tighten it just enough so you can move the bracket to plumb and it stays in place. Mark where the other 2 or 3 holes need to be and drill a hole for their anchorage. Check plumb again and again while you tighten these other Tapcon screws.
If you have to screw in brick, it is too bad.. Brick will be weaker. The best place to anchor, is through the mortar.
