Receiver not turning H-H motor

First and easiest thing is, switch to DiSeQC mode, then try turning the motor east, west, using that.

If the motor turns using DiSeQC mode, then you are getting voltage through the cable.

If the motor does not turn using DiSeQC, then, I would check to see if there is voltage going through your coax cable.

Try that and let us know. Two different problems entirely.
